Kevin Jones

Kevin specializes in extending the effectiveness and leadership excellence of sales teams within national and multinational corporations. With a B.A. in Business Management from North Carolina State University, Kevin's career developed from an initial role in sales and marketing with Northern Telecom, to his appointment as Sales Performance Consultant for Global One, the international arm of Sprint Long Distance. At Global One, Kevin sought to improve three core skill areas among the international sales force: product knowledge, competitor activity and customer application. Working closely with senior management, Kevin gained invaluable experience helping to develop a successful and sustainable coaching process through the promotion of a more effective and universal approach to sales.

Today, Kevin partners with some of the leading names in sales performance development, and was exposed to the cultures and practices of international sales teams from a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, financial services and advanced technology. His extensive list of clients included UPS, Guidant, and Georgia-Pacific.

Enhancing his own skill-set, Kevin completed an M.B.A. at the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School, where his studies focused on Leadership and Business strategy. Since graduating in 2001, Kevin combines his thorough academic grounding with proven hands-on experience to help companies further improve their selling applications and leadership excellence.
